What tired flight attendants end up doing!!!

So obviously, I was incredibly tired that morning, as you can see passenger asked for cofffee AND cream, without thinking twice this is what I did!!! Oh dear!!! Yea, they don't call me Super Stew for nothing!! LOL!!!!
