Spokane

This last 4 day trip took me into Spokane, Washington twice in one trip (rare) but fun! We didn't have much time there (11hrs) each night, not long enough. But the beauty there is incredible!!! I took the advice of a friend to go venture to see the falls near our hotel. It took me a pinch to find it, just wandering- trying to not appear as a tourist, yet the dead giveaway was that I had no jacket, and shorts on. Chilly!!! So thus, not a local!!! Here is some of the beauty I captured on my phone!! The river wasn't as full as it normally is due to the season, but still beautiful nonetheless! A beautiful quiet park to walk through to get to the falls.

Little more BEAUTY from the flight deck!!! (I really do work in the back of the cabin I promise!) This sunset was just brilliant, had to zoom in below! From Spokane to Denver, we passed the Grand Tetons (hard to see the mountains) but I was up in the flight deck during this photo! Caught another airliner buzzing right below us over the Tetons. Sweet eh!? ?

Great pictures (even from your camera!)

Amy - somewhere along the riverfront walk in Spokane is a giant Radioflyer wagon. I don't know how close to our hotel it is, but it's really something to see: you climb a ladder up the back of the wagon then slide down a slide in the handle. Really sweet!

Welcome
