So I was in a blah part of the country for two nights in a row: Milwaukee, where the lovely temperature was Zero, with a windchill of NEGATIVE 30! We spent two nights there doing a Cancun turn from Milwaukee the other day.
This leads me to my experiment! Many of you may have seen this special investigation on TV or the internet about Hotels and their cleanliness!! Well, after seeing that video, I'm concerned and disturbed and my findings after my experiment....

We requested the same rooms for both nights, so I remember that gross video about the hidden camera with maidservice.So prior to leaving for CUN that day, I took my sharpie and placed a small "X" on the bottom of 1 mug and placed it by the sink, the other mug place a small dot and left it in it's original position.So we left for CUN, I placed the "Service please" on my door, upon our arrival back, my room was cleaned, spotless, new linens, towels etc....My mission was look at those mugs!!So- I grabbed the mugs, and SAW MY MARKINGS!!! They were NEVER replaced, simply washed in the bathroom sink or worse just wiped out and placed in the original position. I took this photo:
